EXCAVATOR WITH BORING DEVICE FOR CULVERT DRAINAGE WORK

PURPOSE: To provide an excavator with a boring device 'for the culvert drainage work which is handy and easy to operate and requires no skill for the boring work in particular. ;CONSTITUTION: A bucket 4 and a boring device 5 are fitted to the tip of the arm 3 of a back hoe 1 rotatably in the longitudinal direction. The main body 10 of the boring device 5 is freely fixed at the operating position in parallel with the arm 3 and the waiting position rotated upward. A hydraulic motor 13 is fitted at the upper end section of the main body 10. A levee footpath boring screw 14 and a U-shaped drain ditch wall boring drill 15 are fitted at the front and rear of the lower end section of the main body 10. A spirit level 16 for keeping the vertical attitude and a level rod 17 for finding the boring position are fitted to the arm 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
