The equipment is used for the continuos production of separate portions of food products from unleavened dough in the form of a sheet, and comprises in combination: a unit 1 feeding the dough which is to be leavened, with a hopper 101 and a pair of advancing and rolling rollers 103, 105, a rising chamber 3, a conveyor system 5A, 5B to and through the said rising chamber, a longitudinal cutting system 7 downstream from the said rising chamber, a transverse cutting system 9 and a drying stretch 11 with an open conveyor 111 and means 113 for the forced circulation of air, and a cooking oven 13.
