Apparatus with multiple in got moulds for casting under pressure, in accordance with the hot-top process, of light alloys, comprising a cooling water container inserted in which is a plurality of ingot moulds held in position by plates, each acting under the base of a pair of adjacent ingot moulds and anchored at the base of said water container, the terminal zone of each ingot mould being made with an annular surface tilted in chute fashion towards the moulded piece in its solidification phase and connected to a plurality of inclined holes obtained in the ingot mould itself and communicating with said water container; the angle of inclination of said chute, with respect to the horizontal, is envisaged as greater than the angle of inclination of the axis of the holes in such a way as to force the water veins, coming out of said holes, to strike and expand uniformly on said chute to form a continuous and constant water-blade spray on the entire perimeter of the bottom zone of the ingot mould.
