NUCLEIC ACID SAMPLES DESCRIBED THAT CAN DETECT PATHOGENS OF SALMONELLA HUMANA. SAMPLES ARE GENERATED FROM NUCLEOTIDE SEQUENCES OF A GEN CODING A VIRULENCE FACTOR INCLUDED IN THE PATHOGENESIS OF SALMONELLA, ESPECIALLY PROTEIN TYPE 1 "FIMBRIAE". PREFERRED SAMPLE LENGTHS ARE IN THE AREA OF AROUND 20 TO AROUND 100 BASE NUCLEOTIDES. THE SAMPLES ARE HUGE SPECIFIC AND SENSITIVE FOR DETECTING PATHOGENIC SALMONELLA ORGANISMS FOR THE HUMAN GENDER. THAT IS WHY THEY ARE CLINICALLY USED IN DETECTION OR IN DIARRHEA INFECTIONS. ADDITIONALLY, THEY CAN BE USED IN THE DETECTION OF EXISTING SALMONELLA IN FOOD, AGENT CAUSING MOST OF SALMONELOSIS IN HUMANS.
