a calculating device integrated circuit (10) is composed of a programmable gate array curcuit and dynamically configurable (fpgas) (12). the gate array circuit (12) is configured to establish a risc processor (reduced instruction lamp (14), and a reconfigurable instruction execution body (16).the fpga (12) which can be reconfigured dynamically reconfigurable instruction execution of the body (16) can be changed dynamically to implement complex operations in the machine, rather than in software programs in time.this feature makes the calculating device (10) to operate at higher speeds with conventional or reduced instruction set (rics) or set of complex instructions (cisc). in addition, the programmability of the device (10) makes the calculation very flexible and ideal for dealing with a large number of complex applications.
