The method consists of the steps of; forming a circuit pattern on a crystalline substrate by using a metal mask fabricated by the laser ablation method, forming a contact surface by using a conducting metal on the bottom surface of the crystalline substrate, and forming an ohmic contact by annealing in the oxygen atmosphere.
