According to the present invention, there is also provided a method of adding at least one of an alkali metal phosphate or an alkali metal pyrophosphate in addition to the above-mentioned flux.;According to the present invention, the luminous intensity is increased by 3 to 6% as compared with the conventional one, the phosphor having a uniform particle shape and a much narrower particle size distribution can be obtained, which contributes greatly to the improvement of the characteristics of the fluorescent lamp.
