FIELD: transport. SUBSTANCE: vehicle has housing 1 and drives 2-5, each containing drive shaft 6, rocker 7 kinematically coupled with drive shaft 6, wheels 8 and 9 whose axles 10 and 11 are installed at ends 12 of rocker 7 for turning in the same direction as rocker 7. Vehicle has also planetary reduction gear with two planet pinions installed on corresponding axles 10 and 11 of wheels 8 and 9. Carrier is of twin type made in form of rocker 7. Sun gear is fixed on housing 1 and is connected with planet pinions by means of spur or bevel gear trains or flexible drives providing the same directions of motion and the same speeds of rotation of rocker and planet pinion. Wheels 8 and 9 are installed on eccentrically arranged axles 10 and 11 with equal value of eccentricity. With wheels 8 and 9 in position when their diameters passing through geometrical centers and centers of axles of rotation 10 and 11 coincide with longitudinal axis of rocker 7, equidimensional arms of eccentricity are directed from axles of rotation 10 and 11 of wheels 8 and 9 to one side, value of outer radius of planet pinion on axle 10 is less than distance between center of axle 10 and nearest point on outer circle of wheel 8.
