FIELD: transportation.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport engineering, particularly, to high cross-country propulsors. Wheel-walking propulsor comprises system of interconnected three levers with running wheels installed on their ends and drives of separate rotation of levers and wheels. Levers are installed hingedly on common central hinge and provided with mechanism of rotation relative to axes of levers. Central hinge is made in the form of equilateral triangle. Axes of levers are arranged in the middle of sides of triangular hinge.
