FIELD: automatic, computer engineering. SUBSTANCE: increased precision of measurement of parameters is achieved thanks to elimination of false ones and noises. It is achieved by insertion of OR gate 9 and AND gate 12 into device incorporating matrix 1 of photodetectors, first 2 and second 3 commutators, clock pulse generators 4, perimeter and area counters 5, 6, three three-position shift registers 7, NOT-AND gate 8 and two AND gates 10, 11.
