FIELD: high-temperature superconductors. SUBSTANCE: starting material for manufacturing is high-dispersion powder copper with particles of size 0,015-0,15 mcm and blend of high-dispersion powder having copper and Y2O3, BaCO3. This material is ignited under temperature 150-350 C for 1-3 hours. This results in possibility to manufacture monophase high-dispersion powder YBa2Cu3O7-x having particle size 0,5-1 mcm without long milling of blend after burning. Use of copper high- dispersion powder provides possibility to decrease temperature of burning down to 920 C and decrease duration of burning down to 6 hours. Ceramics YBa2Cu3O7-x which is manufactured from this powder has ρ = 95 percents of theoretical value, content of prismatic phase is 98-100 percents, Tc is 92-95 K.
