Medicinal substance formulations from coated, which are very sparingly water-soluble drugs for inhalational pharmaceutical forms and method for their preparation

Drug compositions composed of micronised particles of poorly water-soluble drugs are characterised in that they are coated with a natural, physiologically tolerated ampho-surfactant which forms a micellar colloidal solution in water. Processes for producing these drug compositions are described. These compositions are suitable for inhalation when introduced into an appropriate final container and after addition of a chlorine-free, partially fluorinated, pressure-liquefiable propellant gas.
