Device made of radiotransparent material and of cylindrical shape acting as a support for the pins which are tensioned by a circular external fixator and transfixing the limbs. The piece is made up of two articulated elements which allow it to be positioned around a limb. Its edges are turned out to form a channel (2) for receiving runners (3) of any shape in order to fix the connection rods (4). The base piece is transfixed by the pins, and the ends of these pins are locked by means of a single piece (II) which bears on the outer face of the cylinder at any position, depending on the type of fracture to be treated.
