(57) Abstract Use of the AdoMet ase in order to make the ethylene biosynthesis decrease in the plant is promoted to the system and stage of the E8 promotor of tomato origin by the utilization of unique character. Being restricted to the tomato fruit which AdoMet ase revelation matures is shown. Functional character of several fields of the E8 promotor is stated. The E8 promotor and the reforming transformation which is stated in this bill being useful because of the AdoMet ase gene and the other gene expression, offer the adjustment possible promotor.
