PURPOSE: To remotely monitor the inside of process piping and apparatus arranged in an isolated cell easily without providing special guide tube and the like. ;CONSTITUTION: A remote inside monitoring device 120 has a cask 121, a guide and transport mechanism 123 having a telescopic structure, a fiber scope 127 and a monitor TV 131. The remote inside monitoring device 120 has a door 125 opening and closing the inlet opening of the cask 121 and is capable of detaching from a door hatch 50.
