ROLL FORMING DEVICE FOR PIN PART WITH ROLL DIE

摘要

PURPOSE: To improve the precision of dimensions and shape, etc., of an article by roll-forming a pin part at a fixed position with supporting plates or supporting shaft of a part blank to support from both sides of horizontal direction between roll forming roll dies and from the upper side, and supporting also the supporting device of the blank with three points involving no movement. ;CONSTITUTION: A part blank (m) fed by a supporting plate to one side of horizontal supporting plates 13, 14 between roll dies 11, 12 impressed in a shape like a pin part m' to be formed plastically on the circumference sides of rotary parts is supported from three directions with both side supporting plates 13, 14 to support it on the straight line in the horizontal direction and a supporting plate or shaft 15 vertically installed from the upper side so as to be orthogonal to the crossing point of the supporting plates. Further, the blank (m) is rolled and compressed into a required pin part m' shape while rotating the roll dies 11, 12 in the same direction at the same speed, then it is dropped down in the receiving part of the lower side through drop recessing parts 16, 17 provided on the roll dies 11, 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
