COMBINATION TYPE SAW BLADE FOR CUTTING ASPHALT PAVEMENT AND CUTTING METHOD OF ASPHALT PAVEMENT

PURPOSE: To join existing pavement and new pavement firmly by laminating a plurality of saw blades, which have the same center hole, in which ultra- abrasive-grain segments are fixed onto outer circumferences and which have different outside diameters, in order of the size of the outside diameters. ;CONSTITUTION: Saw blades of two to seven such as e.g. three 9, 10, 11, which have the same center hole 14, in which ultra-abrasive-grain segment chips 12 are fastened onto outer circumferences and which have different outside diameters, are laminated in order of the size of the outside diameters, thus forming a combination type saw blade. The combination type saw blade is rotated around a shaft approximately parallel with a subbase course and dropped, a stepped cut surface consisting of the combination of vertical surfaces and horizontal surfaces brought into contact alternately with existing pavement is formed, and an air gap section having a shape that the width of a cutting section is reduced by stages in the subbase-course direction from a paved surface is formed. The air gap section is filled with an asphalt pavement material, and compacted.
