PURPOSE: To obtain solid fluoroplastic extremely reduced in residual solvent content within a short time in high yield by passing a soln. of solvent soluble fluoroplastic through a membrane forming device to remove a solvent within the device and discharging solid fluoroplastic in a dissolved state to recover the same. ;CONSTITUTION: Since the fluoroplastic soln.
