摘要

PURPOSE: To provide the subject new antibody recognizing the C-terminal region of human glicentin and using an amino acid sequence at a specific site of human glicentin as a recognition site, effective for the determination of human glicentin in high sensitivity and useful for the diagnosis of diabetes, etc. ;CONSTITUTION: This new monoclonal antibody recognizing the C-terminal region of human glicentin having the total or a part of the 51st to 69th amino acids from the N-terminal of human glicentin as the recognition site can be produced by producing a recombinant human glicentin of formula using E.coli, adsorbing the glicentin to a polyvinyl pyrrolidone in such a manner as to be expressed in a state close to a natural-type human glicentin, mixing with Freund's complete adjuvant, injecting the mixture to BALB/c mouse by subcutaneous injection, collecting the spleen cell after booster immunization, fusing the cell with a mouse-originated myeloma cell, culturing on HAT medium to obtain hybridoma, screening the antibody-producing strain, cloning by limiting dilution analysis and culturing the produced cell.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
