PURPOSE: To provide a monitoring device having a historical trend function which can simultaneously display both historical trend data and processed data in a trend graph and also can easily perform the accurate evaluation of the tag data. ;CONSTITUTION: A monitoring device having a historical trend function displays the data collected from the monitor/control objects in a trend graph and is provided with the data processing means 7 and 11 which process the collected data based on each prescribed arithmetic expression. Then the monitoring device simultaneously displays the collected data and the data processed by the means 7 and 11 on the same screen in a trend graph.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
