PURPOSE: To reduce the number of parts, to reduce the number of assembling processes, and to reduce a manufacturing cost by a method wherein there is no need for a central point and an end point to transfer to other groove during movement of a lateral draw lattice. ;CONSTITUTION: A lateral drawn lattice 3 is released from fixing to a mengoshi (lock connection) frame 1 and a left lateral drawn lattice 2 is released from engagement with the right lateral draw lattice 3 through operation of a lock mechanism on the end side, and the left lateral draw lattice 2 is rotated in an outdoor direction (a). By pressing the right lateral draw lattice 3 after rotation of it in an indoor direction (b), the lateral draw lattice 3 is moved and overlapped with the left lateral drawn lattice 2 therealong and the right half of the mengoshi frame 1 is opened. escape through an opening part F to the outdoors is practicable.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
