REPORT SYSTEM, REPORT SIDE TELEPHONE SYSTEM AND RECEPTION SIDE TELEPHONE SYSTEM FOR THE SAME

PURPOSE: To automatically and exactly correct an error of time, which is generated at clocks provided at the reception side telephone system and the respective report side telephone systems, by using a simple constitution. ;CONSTITUTION: A clock part 210 measures the time on the report side 110. In the case of a constant time signal, the report side 110 reports time information containing the time of the clock part 210 through a telephone line to the reception side and corrects the time of the clock part 210 based on time correction information transmitted from the reception side as a response corresponding to the report. The reception side detects time, in which the time information is received from the report side, while referring to the time measured by a clock part on the reception side. Based on the time contained in the time information and the detected reception time, the reception side transmits the time correction information for instructing the correction of that error to the report side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
