PURPOSE: To facilitate making, assembling and maintenance while dispensing with a protective plate by employing a stainless steel pipe with the temperature thereof not below a specified value as a heat transfer material of heat transfer tubes of a supercharger and a reheater in a fluidized layer. ;CONSTITUTION: A material of a heat transfer tube 1 employs a stainless steel pipe to allow the forecasting of metal temperature at parts of heat transfer tubes of a superheater and a reheater arranged in a fluid layer accurately and also to meet a requirement of 550°C or more in metal temperature. The thickness of the heat transfer tubes 1 is set to give a margin for each metal temperature group of the heat transfer tubes 1 made up of the stainless steel pipe 1 in addition to a specified thickness allowed for the wear resistance of a high temperature film formed on the surfaces of the stainless steel-made heat transfer tubes themselves and an estimated reduction in thickness by wearing. A double pipe protector 2 is mounted on the heat transfer tube 1 with the forecast temperature thereof being not above 550°C. Moreover, a protective box or the double pipe protector 2 is mounted at a bend part of the heat transfer tube 1.
