PURPOSE:To ensure the easy horizontal mounting of a plate by providing a projected coupling part having an engagement groove and a recessed engagement part on both upper and lower ends of the plate, and fastening the ends of both upper and lower plates to a wall body with a fastener. CONSTITUTION:A projected coupling part having an engagement groove 7 is provided on the upper end front surface of plates 1 for a cross beam vertically jointed in plurality. Also, a recessed coupling part having an engagement groove 3 is provided at the lower end rear surface of the plate 1. On the other hand, there is prepared a fixture 11 having a yoked tip. This fixture 11 is fastened to a wall W with a nail 20 and the upper end of the plate 1 is thereby fixed. For plate mounting, the engagement groove 3 of the upper plate 1 is coupled to the fixture 11. According to the aforesaid construction, the horizontal level of the plate 1 can be easily maintained.
