PURPOSE: To obtain a new instant food enabling to extremely simply produce the TSUMUDANI (food boiled down in say)-like food having a taste coincident to the favorite taste of an individual person at each home, when it is desired to eat the food, not deteriorating the flavors and nutrients of used cooking materials, and capable of visually stimulating the appetite. ;CONSTITUTION: The TSUKUDANI-like instant food is formed by adding a seasoning solution comprising soy, vinegar, mirin (sweat sake) and sugar in a weight ratio of approximately 1:1.5:3:3,5 to the same weight amount of a cooking material comprising dry safflower, parched small sardines, dried bonite, sesame, and salted tangle in a weight ratio of approximately 1:20:10 and 8.5, and subsequently mixing the composition in a non-heated state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
