PURPOSE: To make possible the dispensing of a powder material being divided into multiple kinds of capacity automatically by arranging powder material sampling hoppers, powder material discharging means. striking means. opening/closing means in plurality. ;CONSTITUTION: Lower openings of respective powder material sampling hoppers 15, 17, 19 and 21 are closed with shutter plates in an opening/closing device. A specified amount of powder material is fed into a powder material housing tank 3 through a dumping pipe 12 from a cyclone 10. A striking plate advances to push the powder material on the bottom surface of the housing tank 3 and first, makes the powder material fall into the powder material sampling hopper 15 for residual monomer measurement. Furthermore, the powder material is struck off to be stored into the powder material sampling hopper 17 for measuring particle size distribution. Then, the powder material is made to fall into the powder material same pling hopper 19 for measuring foreign matters and further into the powder material sampling hopper 21 for preservation to be stored. Then, the powder material is discharged through an excessive powder material discharge pipe 23. Subsequently, the shutter plates are retracted to release the lower opening and the powder material stored in the hoppers 15, 17, 19 and 21 is made to fall into a sample container 55 to sample thereby making automatic dispensing possible without fouling hands of an operator.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
