REGENERATION AND UTLIZATION TREATMENT FOR BAMBOO MATERIAL

PURPOSE: To effectively utilize bamboo material waste and a waste film to regenerate them as various building materials, panel materials, mats or molded articles and to prevent the environmental pollution caused by waste while establishing preservation of environment. CONSTITUTION: After a waste bamboo material is preliminarily dehydrated, it is ground into required length and subsequently finely ground to obtain a fine bamboo powder while a waste thermoplastic resin film is washed in an ultrasonic irradiation washing tank and subjected to regeneration treatment to obtain a fluffy or granular material. Both of the fine bamboo powder and the fluffy or granular material are mixed in a required ratio and melted and kneaded under heating to be homogenized and the obtained molten kneaded matter is introduced into a mold means to be molded into various products.
