PURPOSE: To facilitate assembling work and piping work of a refrigerating cycle piping system by molding a strainer, a distributor and a header from two metal plates to be integrated by soldering. ;CONSTITUTION: A strainer 2A, a strainer 2B, a distributor 3 and a header 4 are formed in flat containers individually to be arranged on a plane. The flat containers have upper half parts and lower half parts thereof formed on two metal plates produced by drawing the two metal plates and then, a connection port of a piping is punched by a press. Moreover, the connection port undergoes a burring to provide a rising part. Thereafter, the two metal plates pressed are put together and joint surfaces thereof are joined together by a phosphor bronze based soldering material to make. At the same time, a piping is arranged properly using a jig to solder. The soldering is performed in a furnace of an inert atmosphere but at this point, an expansion valve 1 is not mounted in view of heat resistance thereof and it is soldered in the subsequent process.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
