PURPOSE: To prevent the processing capacity of an information processing system from being reduced by retrying data transfer to another system, and at the time of meeting with the disablement of reception in the other system, autonomously repeating retrial by an inter-system bus control device. CONSTITUTION: An inter-system transfer retrying means 140 requests the transfer of data (d) stored in a storage device 120 in its own information processing system 100 to another information processing system 100 through an inter-system bus 200 based upon an instruction from a processor 110 in its own information processing system 100 to an inter-system bus control device 130 in the other system information processing system 100 through the inter-system bus 200. When the reception disabled state of the data (d) is informed from an inter- system bus control device 130 in the other information processing system 100, the transfer of the data (d) is on standby until the lapse of previously determined time. After the lapse of the previously determined time, retrial for transferring the data (d) to the other information processing system 100 is autonomously executed without using the processor 110.
