PURPOSE: To provide a safe destruction predictable GFRP windmill blade and its destruction predicting method which can prevent generating an accident of breaking, scattering, etc., of the blade during rotation by early detecting internal damage of the blade. CONSTITUTION: In a GFRP-made windmill blade formed by protrusively providing over a total length of the blade a leading/trailing blade part 4, 5 respectively consisting of foaming urethane in a front/rear side surface 1 of a long scaled main spar 3 having a box-shaped section extended over a total length of the blade from its root to point end also to adhesively coat an external surface of the leading/trailing blade parts 4, 5 and the main spar 3 with jackets 1, 2, a total length of the blade, buried in adhesive layers 6, 7 of bonding a back and belly of the main spar 3 and jackets 1, 2 thereof to be continuously extended respectively from a blade root part over to a blade point end to consist of fine wire or long foil of small section, serves as a unit length, to provide a single or a plurality of multifold long scaled conductive linear shaped materials 10, 11.
