PURPOSE:To execute a simple and proper evaluation to a learner solution by preparing conditions to be satisfied in order that a multiline diagram is correct by an inference engine, and thereafter, executing the decision as to whether the prepared multiline diagram satisfies the conditions or not successively. CONSTITUTION:An inference engine 11 is for utilizing and controlling knowledge bases 33 and 34, and it is composed of an inference control part 11a, a correct answer conditions preparing part 11b and a learning result evaluating part 11c. The inference control part 11a executes the control of the inference and the utilization and control of the knowledge bases 33 and 34, the correct answer conditions preparing part 11b prepares the conditions in order that a learning result 32 can be the correct answer, and the learning result evaluating part 11c executes the decision as to whether the learning result 32 satisfies the conditions for the correct answer or not. Namely, the inference engine prepares the conditions to be satisfied in order that the multiline diagram is correct, and next, it successively decides whether the prepared multiline diagram satisfies the conditions or not. Thus, as to a unit work problem in which the correct answer cannot be singly specified, the evaluation can be simply and properly executed.
