EMBEDDING METHOD OF FOUNDATION PILE AND EMBEDDING ATTACHMENT AND PILE EMBEDDING DEVICE

PURPOSE: To make it possible to embed a pile for reinforcing the ground without generating noises or vibration when the foundation of a building is constructed and to prevent the damage to the peripheral area in a construction section. ;CONSTITUTION: An embedding attachment A1 is mounted to an arm 71 of an operating machine 7. A hydraulic motor is mounted to the inside of a frame 1 of the embedding attachment A1. An insertion attachment is mounted to a rotary shaft of the hydraulic motor, and an insertion shaft is mounted to the tip thereof in a detachable manner. A boring rod 3 or a cap is mounted to the tip of the insertion shaft. When the boring rod 3 is mounted, a universal joint 5 is mounted between the insertion shaft and boring rod 3. A screw 34 is provided in front side of a rod 33 of the boring rod 3. The cap is mounted to the insertion shaft in a detachable manner, and a claw plate for fixing it to the upper part of a pile is provided in the inside of the cap.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
