CULTIVATION MATERIAL FOR RAISING WHITE SOFT PART OF WELSH ONION IN CULTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE: To provide a cultivation material for preventing the lodging or bending of white soft parts of Welsh onion during the raising of the white soft parts of the Welsh onion by using shading films. CONSTITUTION: A pair of supporting members 11 are arranged in a roughly U-shape in a front view. Each of the supporting members 11 is formed wider than the white soft part of Welsh onion and has a leg part 13 extending beyond the bottom part of the U-shape. The supporting member 11 is vertically placed in the perpendicular direction against the planting row of the Welsh onion. The supporting member 11 is consisting of an inner rod 11a which is connected to the inner rod 11a of the other supporting member through a linking member 12 formed on the bottom part of an aggregate of U-shape in a front view and an outer rod 11b continued to the inner rod 11a. The supporting member is covered with a sheath bag 14.
