Safeguard Measures on China's Agricultural Products:Lessons from the China-Japan 'Welsh Onion War'

摘要

With China's WTO accession,when all-round opening economy is enjoying the prosperity of global economy,China is going to be affected by various kinds of trade measures including safeguard measure.To research safeguard measures concerning China's agricultural products,this paper starts from introducing safeguard measures,and then gets some lessons from studying the case of the China-Japan "Welsh Onion War".
