摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain a sintered alloy of Ni-based powder excellent in corrosion resistance at high temp. and weldability. ;CONSTITUTION: Powder of an Ni-based heat and corrosion resistant alloy contg. Cr, Ti and Al is sintered by hot isotropic pressing at ≤1,100°C preferably ≤1,050°C, the resultant sintered alloy is subjected to soln. heat treatment at ≤1,100°C, preferably ≤1,050°C, and then γ-phase is deposited to obtain the objective sintered alloy. In order to improve the weldability of this sintered alloy, the O₂ content is regulated to ≤85ppm and/or the Hf content is regulated to 0.2-1.5wt.%.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
