PURPOSE: To weigh and count a test soln. and stainless steel spheres used in a washing test for dyeing fastness and to automatically supply them to a test bottle. ;CONSTITUTION: A control mechanism 3 has a soln. amt. setting device 6 setting the amt. of the soln. supplied to a test bottle 4 and sending the signal of the set amt. to a soln. weighing device 5, a number-of-steel sphere setting device 8 controlling the operation of a stainless steel sphere supply mechanism 2 supplying a predetermined number of stainless steel spheres to the test bottle 4 and a timing circuit 10 operating the stainless steel sphere supply mechanism 2 so as to take a certain time after a soln. supply mechanism 9 is operated. The soln. supply mechanism 9 consists of a soln. tank 11, a temp. control tank 12 controlling the temp. of the soln., an integrating flowmeter 14 and a solenoid valve 15 and a predetermined amt. of the soln. is supplied to the test bottle 4 by the soln. weighing device 5. The stainless steel sphere-supply mechanism 2 counts the stainless steel spheres in a steel sphere tank 16 with a steel sphere counter 17 to supply them to the test bottle 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
