PURPOSE:To improve the durability of a motor for opening or closing top ventilators by closing top ventilators when it rains in an amount larger than the first pre-set rainfall amount-integrated value corresponding to temperature and moisture in a house and by opening the top ventilators when it stops raining and the amount of the rainfall is below the second pre-set rainfall amount- integrated value. CONSTITUTION:When a signal is outputted from a rain sensor 1, a computer adds the amount of the rainfall to the past rainfall amount-integrated value, and when the signal is not outputted from the rain sensor 1, a constant amount of the rainfall is subtracted from the past rainfall amount-integrated value. When the rainfall amount-integrated value reaches a value larger than the first rainfall amount-integrated value determined by the temperature and moisture in the house, top ventilators 25 are closed with motors 17, while, when the rainfall amount-integrated value becomes below the second rainfall amount- integrated value determined by the temperature and moisture in the house, the top ventilators are opened with the motors 17.
