PURPOSE:To obtain solid joint by heating a chamber part by high frequency induction heating, and welding the joining part of the peripheral edge of the chamber part after inserting to the mounting groove of a mold main body. CONSTITUTION:The chamber part 3 is constituted in such a way that the joining part 17 at the peripheral edge of the part 3 is joined with the mounting groove 7 of the mold main body 1, and it covers the recessed part of the main body 1. At the joining part 17, a thermosensible plate 14 and a winding part 18 on which a diaphragm mounting frame 28 is wound by bending toward the outside are formed, and also, a stepping down part 19 toward a center part is provided at the adjacent position of the winding part 18 by bending the thermosensible plate 14. The joint of joining part 17 with the mounting groove 7 is performed by melting and welding synthetic resin in the mounting groove 7 by heating the chamber part 3 by the high frequency induction heating and inserting the joining part 17 to the mounting groove 7 of the main body 1. At such a case, the solid joint can be obtained by hardening melted synthetic resin that flows in the stepping down part 19, and forming a projection 20 for preventing loose.
