PURPOSE: To easily form, on a substrate, a colorless, transparent inorg. film which is electrically noninsulating, i.e., semiconductive, and excellent in resistances to corrosion. chemicals, heat, and abrasion. ;CONSTITUTION: A compsn. for forming an inorg. film contains, as the main components, a hydrolysis and polycondensation product of an org. solvent-based silica sol and a monomer, an oligomer such as a dimer and a trimer, or a polymer of an alcohol-sol. tetrabutyl titanate in a wt. ratio of SiO₂ to Ti of (100:0.1)-(100:3).;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
