PURPOSE: To avert the problems associated with brazing with ordinary non- corrosive fluoride fluxes occurring in application of the flux after assembly to intricate product shapes and to enable vacuum brazing even if a large amt. of Mg is not incorporated as a getter material. ;CONSTITUTION: An aluminum material is treated for 1 second to 20 minutes at 5 to 70°C with an aq. soln. contg. ammonium fluoride of 0.01 to 40% concn. or further one or ≥2 kinds of a nitric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and chromic acid, by which an aluminum fluoride film is formed at 0.001 to 5μm.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
