PURPOSE: To improve the cut surface of a product having unevenness by manually or automatically moving a table in a cutting direction while guiding a thick-walled material by a guide means and passing the thick-walled material through the gap between a pair of the rotary blades rotated by a rotary device such as a motor to cut the same from above and below by the rotary blades. ;CONSTITUTION: A tile is placed to be fixed by a press lock member. Subsequently, motors 28, 35 are driven not only to inwardly rotate rotary blades 2, 3 in a cutting part but also to rotate a screw rod 54. Since a half nut 46 is fed by the screw rod 54 by the rotation of the screw rod 54 to retreat, the table 4 integrated with the screw rod slowly retreats along a linear rail 51 and the tile is cut from above and below along a cutting line by the rotary blades 2, 3.
