PURPOSE: To detect a trace substance existing in a plant body as object to be inspected even under an outdoor environment such as farm yard or without any skilled person. ;CONSTITUTION: A chromatography medium is used which comprises a filter paper having a reaction part containing an antibody binding to a trace substance A existing in a plant or on the surface of a plant body as immobilizing reagent. The chromatography medium is brought into contact with an inspection liquid which comprises a coarse juice liquid of a plant body to be inspected containing a reduction agent and a dispersive stabilizer and a dispersion liquid of colored particles supporting an antibody binding to the trace substance A to develop until it reaches the reaction part. Thus, the state of color formation with the coagulation of the colored particles as caused when the antibody is bound to the trace substance A bound to the immobilizing reagent of the reaction part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
