WATERPROOF SHEET AND ASPHALT WATERPROOF WORKING METHOD USING THE WATERPROOF SHEET

PURPOSE: To efficiently carry out asphalt waterproofing without using released paper that becomes industrial waste by laminating a contact type adhesive material, plastic film, asphalt, base material, foaming body or the like. ;CONSTITUTION: A backing concrete surface is coated with a chloropropylene rubber adhesive to form a contact type adhesive layer 7. After the adhesive layer has been dried, a plastic film layer 6 in which the film surface has been subjected to corona discharge is overlaid thereon, and further molten asphalt is scattered thereon to form an asphalt layer 4. If necessary, a foaming body or the like is placed between the plastic film layer 6 and the asphalt layer 4 to provide a cushion layer 5. Fabrics or nonwoven fabrics such as natural fibers, synthetic fibers, inorganic fibers are laid on the asphalt layer 4, and an asphalt layer 2 is overlaid thereon, and then molten asphalt is permeated from above and below to form a base material layer 3. Further, a laminated film consisting of PET and biaxial oriented polypropylene is overlaid on the asphalt layer 2 making an upper surface of PET to form a blocking protective layer 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
