PRODUCTION AMOUNT DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AND DESIGN SYSTEM FOR PRODUCTION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: To provide a production amount distribution system which never hinders plural production processes that produce plural types of products even when the ordering amount is suddenly increased or decreased for the product of a specific type. ;CONSTITUTION: A production amount distribution system M4 distributes the ordering amounts M2 of each product among the production processes M6 to M6 as the production amounts in a production system M1 including these processes M6 which produce the products M8 to M8 of plural types, so that the production amounts M12 to M12 are kept in an upper/lower limit range of the total production amount of the processes M6. When the ordering amount is extraordinarily increased or decreased for a certain product of a specific type and the production process of this product has its total production amount exceeding the upper/lower limit range, the production amount is controlled to be adaptable among other production processes which produce the products of other types in common, so that the amounts M12 are kept in the upper/lower limit range in all processes M6.
