PURPOSE:To facilitate the attaching work to a cartridge case of a shutter in which an opening edge is contacted by attaching the shutter to the cartridge case as it is in an opened condition with an attaching means while the shutter passes an opening jig. CONSTITUTION:The device has a carrying route 12 of a cartridge case 11, a carrying route 15 of a shutter 14, an opening jig 21 to open the opening edge of the shutter 14 and, simultaneously, to hold it in the opened condition and an attaching means 16 to attach the shutter 14 to the cartridge case 11, and while the shutter 14 passes the opening jig 21, the shutter 14 is attached to the cartridge case 11 as it is in the opened condition by the attaching means 16. Namely, when the shutter 14 passes the opening jig 21, the opening edge to be contacted or approximated is opened, simultaneously, it is held in the opened condition, and the attaching means 16 attaches the shutter 14 to the cartridge case 11 in the held condition. Thus, even in the case of the shutter in which the opening edge is contacted and approximated, the shutter can be automatically attached to the cartridge, and a workability is improved.
