PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an effect on read operation by separating the input route of data from the outside and the input route of a sense amplifier for refresh and manufacturing a dual port type CAM. ;SOLUTION: First and second NMOSFETs Q1, 2 charge a match line 17 in '0' when both data on a first true-false bit line 11 and data on a storage node (a) are '1'. A fifth NMOSFET Q5 conducts the first true-false bit line 11 and a storage node (b) when 'H' from a first word line 15 is received at a gate. The match line 17 is pre-charged in 'H' at that time.
