摘要

PURPOSE: To make an application program recognize the end of a data transmitting process by a device driver without generating any time lag. ;CONSTITUTION: According to a device driver access request message from a host program, a message driven type application program starts the device request process of the device driver to enter a message waiting state, the device is driven by locking a specified data area and setting request data through a device request process, and the interruption process of the device driver is performed with an interruption instruction from the device to transfer a specific amount of data in the data area; when the specific data transfer ends, a transfer end message is transferred to the application program, which is then actuated to recognize the completion of the data transfer, thereby starting a device driver end process.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
