METHOD FOR INSTALLING SPLIT TYPE HYDRAULIC JACK AND SPLIT TYPE HYDRAULIC JACK FOR HYDRAULIC ELEVATOR

PURPOSE: To provide a method for installing a split type hydraulic jack for a hydraulic elevator, in which the assembling operability is improved wile breakage in the assemblage is prevented when an upper jack assembly is connected to a lower jack assembly fixed first in a lift path pit. ;CONSTITUTION: When an upper jack assembly 1a and lower jack assembly 1b constituting a split type hydraulic jack in a lift path pit of a limited space are interconnected, the upper jack assembly 1a is hung up to the upper part of the lower jack assembly 1b fixed to a installation position and a lower end protecting cap 6 is removed under the hung-up condition by utilizing the engagement of the upper and lower ends protecting cap 6, 7, while a series of assembling operations are carried out by utilizing the hung-up condition. Thus, the shaft discrepancy in connecting the upper and lower jack assemblies 1a, 1b to each other is absorbed under the hung-up condition to improve the assembling operability while preventing a connecting screw from damages.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
