PURPOSE: To easily reproduce a penile erecting condition by providing an elastic body ring which has extending lug parts on both sides and fastens a base part of the erected penis by necessary fastening, force, and reducing pressure from inside of a cylinder after this elastic body ring is fitted around the cylinder intalled on the penis, in a negative pressure type penile erection auxiliary apparatus. ;CONSTITUTION: When it is used for an impotent patient, a hole of an elastic body ring 11 is hooked on the edge of an opening part 20 of a cylinder 17, and lug parts 13 on is opposite side are pulled, and the ring 11 is fitted around the opening part 20. Next, a cushion 14 is fitted inside of the opening part 20, and a tube 25 of a syringe 22 is inserted in a suction port 19 of the cylinder 17. Next, after jelly is applied to a jaw part 16 of the cushion 14 and the whole glans, the hole of the elastic body ring 11 is pushed against a base part of the penis, and air in the cylinder 17 is drawn out by the syringe 22, and it is put in a reduced pressure condition. When the penis is properly erected, the cylinder 17 is pushed toward the base part of the penis by the lug parts 13, and the ring 11 is removed from the cylinder 17, and the penis is held in an erecting condition.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
