The device comprises means 7 of intercepting the flow of water being purified at the entrance of the purification system 1, said means being located in the immediate vicinity and preferably integrated in the actual body 8 which carries the adjustable purified water dispensing pipe 4, now with free outlet. The usual pilot interception valves are not mounted in the branch which connects the system drain to the sewerage, but rather only means 2-3, preventing a return flow to the purification system itself.
